mold base production industry is quite mature. In addition to purchasing customized mold bases according to individual mold requirements, mold manufacturers can also choose standardized mold base products. Standard
mold bases are available in a variety of styles, with shorter delivery times and even out-of-the-box, providing moldmakers with greater flexibility. Therefore, the popularity of standard mold bases is increasing.
Standard plastic formwork construction consists of the following parts:
1. The upper mold (front mold) is configured as the molding part of the inner mold or the molding part of the original body.
2. Runner part (including hot nozzle, hot runner (pneumatic part), common runner).
3. Cooling part (water hole).
4. The lower mold (rear mold) is configured as the molding part of the inner mold or the molding part of the original body.
5. Push out device (finished push plate, thimble, cylinder needle, inclined top, etc.).
