mold base is the semi-finished product of the mold, which is composed of various steel plate accessories. It can be said that it is the skeleton of the entire mold. Since the processing involved in the mold base and the mold is very different, the mold manufacturer will choose to order the
mold base from the mold base manufacturer to take advantage of the production advantages of both parties to improve the overall production quality and efficiency. In the manufacturing process, especially in the industrial production process of mechanical parts, various functional parts are formed by means of mold bases. Therefore, standard mold base processing needs to be performed according to the following standards.

1. The length, width and depth tolerances of the fine frame during standard mold base processing are 0~+0.02mm. etc.) thickness tolerance is ±0.02mm.
2. Unless otherwise specified, all water nozzle joint threads use PT1/4 uniformly, all water hole head threads are 8mm diameter PT1/8', and 10mm diameter PT1/4'.
3. The mold base processed by the standard mold base must be assembled in a complete set before leaving the factory, and no loose parts are allowed. All the chamfers of the mold base processed by the standard mold base are C1.5, and the chamfers should be smooth and well-proportioned. All surfaces should be bright and smooth without scratches.
